Look no further than this house. We didn’t want to leave. Peaceful, tranquil location. Really nice to just sit in the hot tub and look at the hills and the lights of Kingussie in the distance after a long day. Great base for The Cairngorms… cycle and walking track right at the end of the lane. House is totally spotless, modern and well kitted out. Very luxurious. Bedrooms felt like hotel rooms.

We came up for work and was a great place to kick back and relax. The garden is a sun trap with amazing views. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Looking forward to staying again!

I visited my husband, brother, elderly parents and Aunt and Uncle (all with some mobility issues). The downstairs bedroom was large and bathroom great for their needs.
The lodge is tastefully decorated throughout and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Charlie and Robin were very responsive and the useful information and rules were clear and helpful.

Very well equipped, lovely setting and a beautifully renovated barn. Hosts were superb in communication and we will be making a return visit in the future. Thank you for our stay.

Beautiful lodge on the inside - super cozy especially on chilly evenings (hot tub was amazing)! Incredible views! Hosts were very prompt in responding to questions.
