The property was great. Spacious, clean with all the amenities required. Location was good, in a peaceful neighbourhood and close to the town of Aviemore, which we adored. The only slight negative was that we struggled with the heating initially, but was eventually fixed. Nevertheless, a good experience.

A modern house in a good location for various outdoor activities. The communication with Robin is very quick and friendly. The equipment of the house makes a very good impression and everything seems to be energetically efficient because of good insulation and heat pump. A small suggestion for improvement would be the purchase of more extensive cooking utensils. If I am in the area again, I will be happy to come back.

We were delighted with our stay. It is a very new and modern house with loads of room and well presented. Its location was perfect for walking in the mountains of the Cairngorms. It was a last minute booking at a reasonable price and we couldn’t have hoped for a better house. A really great find.
